Please find below all the information that you need to prepare for the Show.

Exhibitors Evening

We’re excited to invite you to join us for a fun evening of drinks and nibbles on Friday night of the show, starting at 4pm.

This is a great way to socialise with other exhibitors – it’s often a time when business contacts are made too!

Showtimes

Friday 1st March: 10am – 4pm

Saturday 2nd March: 10am – 5pm

Sunday 3rd March: 10am – 4pm

Set Up and Break Down Times 

Set Up: Thursday 29 February 8.30am – 7pm

Pack Down: Sunday 3rd March from 4pm

Please note electricity and walls will be taken down on Sunday night, if you are leaving gear on your stand, please place it in the middle of your stand.

All equipment must be gone by 10am Monday 4th March at the latest.

Your Stand

The walls supplied by Displayworks are 2.3m high and charcoal in colour. You can attach posters etc to the walls with velcro dots.

The flooring is carpet tiles that are placed over the stadium wooden floor. A 4-way power box and 2 lights are on each stand.
